2025 Inaugural Summit Recap

NAVFRW's inaugural Wellness Summit, hosted in partnership with the Arlington County Police Department at Nestle USA headquarters, brought together 179 leaders from across healthcare, law enforcement, and federal systems. The event featured 15 speakers from 11 cross-sectors addressing suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and the gap between federal systems and community-based services. 82% of attendees were veterans, first responders, or their family members.
